Summary
PolicyWise for Children & Families partnered with The Alex and Trellis Society to co-create an approach to collaborate. Together they aimed to improve the coordination of services for youth who are homeless or at risk for homelessness. The Towards Preventing Youth Homelessness Report discusses their experience with this approach and lessons learned. The Report is part of PolicyWise’s youth homelessness prevention collaboration work.
